| characteristics of
structure: |
1. The main structure adopted cold pricking board with special treatment
or double deck airproof structure of materials of aluminum & zinc-sprending
board of anti-corrosive capability, or nonmetal materials, simulated
indoors operation environment, provided guarantee for the liable operation
of the first and second system, and this structure makes the transformer
realize dampproof, dustproof and dewproof capabilities;
2. adapted both in cable turnover wire and turnover wire built on
stilts;
3. The transformer body adopted Mu or Pin layout method of three rooms:
high voltage room, transformer room, and low voltage room with compact
structure to save space in maximum; among the rooms of the transformer
substation there are small seperate rooms insulated by insulating
board;
4. The accessory of high voltage mainly adopted versatility air compression
load switch, vacuum load switch, SF6 load switch, plus structure of
fuse combination electric appliances as the main switch protecting
transformer;
5. The low voltage room is able to adopt screen-type, drawing out
type, faceplate type, standard switch tank or adopted non-standard
structure according to customers' requirements; compensate according
to 10-20% of volume of the transformer or according to customers'
requirements;
6. Generally the transformer chooses oil-immersing low loss electric
power transformer or epoxy dry transformer. According to customers'
requirements;
7. Adopted two methods: national aeration and forced aeration to make
the aeration and cooling perfect. The fan has temperature control
device, automatically starting and closing according to the set temperature
to make sure of fully load operation of transformer. |
